On the first level we find a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances that include: refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, osmosis and all the necessary cooking utensils. A designer breakfast bar, a 160x190 sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, a laundry area with a washing machine and a small outdoor space to dry clothes. As can be seen in the photos, there are views of the canal with the largest and most exclusive yachts and sailboats in the area (since it is a main canal without a bridge), mountains and the Club Náutic tower (it is a viewpoint with panoramic views). SONOS sound system, smart TV with satellite channels. Air conditioning hot / cold mode. On the second level we have a huge leather sofa from which you can see the views of the urban skyline and the beach, as well as a smart TV with satellite channels, high-end speakers, a 150x190 bed, a hydromassage bathtub with different shades of light that at night will create a romantic atmosphere. Separate shower and toilet area. Air conditioning hot/cold mode.

We offer our guests 500 thread count sateen sheets and extra soft cotton towels.
