Incorporation of personal data into the files of MILENIAL.IMMO SC.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LOPD”), we hereby inform you that all personal data provided by the User through the website milenial.immo (hereinafter, “the Website”) will be included and processed in the files owned by MILENIAL. IMMO SC (hereinafter, “Milenial.Immo”) for the following purposes: to enable the provision of the services requested by the User; to keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about the products and services of Milenial.Immo; to activate the sending of the Milenial.Immo newsletter and to carry out market and opinion studies. The completion of all the data requested through the Web Site is necessary to achieve an optimal provision of the services made available to the User. If all the data is not provided, Milenial.Immo use does not guarantee that the information and services provided can be provided, are provided correctly or are adjusted to the needs of the User.
Exercise of rights
The User may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in the LOPD, by means of a written communication addressed to MILENIAL.IMMO SC, with address at Calle Balmes num. 1 Bjs, (17600 Figueres); or by e-mail addressed to info@milenial.immo. In both cases, the User concerned must attach a copy of his/her national identity card, passport or other valid document that identifies him/her.
Electronic commercial communications
The User, by ticking the box that appears in the Legal Notice, expressly and freely and unequivocally accepts that his/her personal data may be processed by Milenial.Immo for the following purposes:
- Sending of commercial communications from Milenial.Immo via e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that makes commercial communications possible.
Communications of data made by the User
Before providing personal data relating to third parties on the Web Site, the User must obtain their prior and express consent, having informed them of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to hold Milenial.Immo harmless against any possible claim, fine or sanction that it may be obliged to bear as a consequence of the User’s failure to comply with the duty described in this paragraph.
Subcontracting in the provision of services
In the provision of the service, the User expressly accepts that Milenial.Immo may subcontract said services to third parties. In any case, Milenial.Immo guarantees that the subcontracting companies will be located in countries with a level of data protection comparable to that of Spain, with whom a contract will have been previously signed in accordance with article 12 of the LOPD.
Use of Cookies
Milenial.immo, on its own account or that of a third party contracted to provide measurement services, may use cookies when the User browses the Website. Cookies are files sent to the browser by means of a web server with the purpose of registering the activities of the User during their browsing time. The cookies used by the Website are only associated with an anonymous user and his or her computer, and therefore do not in themselves provide the User’s personal data.
