This modern duplex for 4 people is located in Empuriabrava, just 100 meters from the beach, in an ideal location to enjoy both the sea and the iconic marina canals. The upper floor features a bedroom with a double bed and access to a private terrace with direct canal views. On the lower floor, the living room includes a double sofa bed and a large picture window overlooking the sea, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere.

The accommodation is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and practical stay. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the utensils needed for cooking. There is also a washing machine, hot/cold air conditioning, WiFi, TV and a modern bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, quality towels and Rituals bath products (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are provided for extra comfort.

The location is one of the duplex’s greatest advantages. Empuriabrava is known as “the Venice of the Costa Brava” thanks to its extensive navigable canals, marina and an atmosphere perfect for those who enjoy the beach, sports and nature. Very close to the accommodation you will find restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars and leisure options for all tastes. Nearby attractions include the long seafront promenade, the canals where small boats can be rented, the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park —ideal for walks and wildlife observation— and the nearby town of Figueres, home to the Dalí Museum. The area is also excellent for water sports such as kayaking, paddle surfing or windsurfing, as well as excursions to the coves and villages of the Costa Brava.
