Beautiful newly renovated modern and tastefully decorated apartment, located in the center of Empuriabrava (one of the largest residential marinas in the world) next to the canal and just 100 meters from the beach.  The accommodation is distributed in a double bedroom with a 180x190 bed, a second bedroom with a 150x190 bed, a spacious bathroom with shower finished in totally ecological materials, living room - dining room, open kitchen with an island and a large terrace with views to the largest canal in Empuriabrava, where you can appreciate the most luxurious yachts in the marina. It's a very bright and sunny apartment throughout the day, from each of the windows you can appreciate the sea. It has all the comforts to make your stay perfect! The property is equipped with high-end appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, steam oven / microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, Osmosis ...), Wi-Fi, Smart TV with more than 4000 channels in different languages, sheets of Egyptian cotton linen and towels.  It has a shared area at the entrance of the building where the guest can store their bicycle (with its security chain).The most exclusive accommodation in the area.Bed linen and towels included. Nice house located in a quiet family residential area with community pool and garden.   The house is distributed on two floors. On the first floor of the house we find a small terrace with views of the pool and garden, the kitchen with breakfast bar, toilet, living room with access to the rear terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the second floor we have a bedroom with two 90x190 single beds with a small terrace, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and the master bedroom with a 150x190 bed and views of the pool area. We take maximum care of all the details so that the stay is satisfactory.   This accommodation is ideal for families with children as it is a completely closed complex.   We ask guests to respect the pool rules.   Linens and towels included. Parties are not allowed.

On the upper floor we find two double rooms with King Size beds, one with a private bathroom with a bathtub (suite), two more rooms with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with an interior fireplace, an individual kitchen with all the necessary appliances: coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine fridge..., bathroom with shower, sauna and a double room with a queen size bed, access to the covered terrace with barbecue, dining table and outdoor sofa. Access to the closed garage with bicycles. Finally, on floor -1 we have a room with beach accessories, a double room with a 150x190 bed and a cot, a suite room with a King Size bed and a bunk bed, a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a bathroom with a shower.
