Accommodation and reservation rules
Follow these rules with respect and consideration to avoid any problems during your stay:
- Respect the maximum capacity of guests allowed in each accommodation.
- Arrival time: from 5:00 p.m.
- Departure time: before 10:00 a.m.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- No smoking inside the accommodation.
- Guests will have to present their identity document through a photograph by phone or email or register all the occupants accessing the guest area.
- Guests must take their rubbish with them when they leave.
- The high chair or baby cot is provided with prior notice.
- Guests must turn off the lights, air conditioning and heating when leaving the accommodation.

Cancellation rules
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
- 100% of the payment will be refunded if there are at least 14 days left before the arrival date and the cancellation occurs within 48 hours from the moment of making the reservation.
- 50% of the payment will be refunded if there are at least 7 days left before the arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
